LOL... I know the feeling XD

At the place where I last lived we only had a phone line for the internet connection. Only two of three people knew our house number, but it wasn't used anyway because everyone had cell phones.

But we got a phone call the first day. Wrong number, oops. After that, we'd get about four wrong-number-calls a day! Apparently some doctor used to have our number, because most people just asked for an appointment with the doctor. After a year or so we disconnected the phone from the wall. So much better.

Haha no they were looking for a Mr Barrett. In our old house with our old home phone we used to get calls, for almost 8 months, of them asking for some lady-we had to change our number (and that was a private number)!

OH. MY. GOD. Were they looking for someone called Sasha? I swear to god, every single EARLY Sunday morning, I get calls from people looking for a Sasha. You'd think that after us being in the house for almost a year, they'd figure out she wasn't there anymore, but nooooo. Fuckers.

Oh that sucks! I would have been so mad.

One time though, our home phone started ringing and ringing (I kept ignoring it until the 3rd time) at 3 in the morning. Turns out it was my aunt from England who just wanted to see what was up. In the friendliest voice I can do after being woken up at 3 in the morning, I reminded her of the time difference and hung up.
