Epic Fail

With all the hiatus’s I have had, all the times I have been away on holiday or moved apartments (did I mention I am moving on the weekend to a HOUSE!), or have a relative visiting, or am just damn busy with work, I haven’t had hardly any time to blog. When I do blog, I can never think of anything actually worth reading so I just churned out the same boring “Top Ten” posts. I have only just realised I haven’t written anything personal in while. Not that everyone loves personal stuff, but I feel like my blog isn’t about “me” anymore and just about random internet crap. The last time I wrote anything about me or my life was when I wrote about crappy buses.

It’s not that I didn’t have anything interesting to write (well, you be the judge) I had many things happen lately. From family drama, to Christmas stress, to getting a Wii (and getting addicted), to being chased in car by a lunatic and being forced to go double the speed limit, to the size Thomas (my hand-raised kitty) has grown. Any of those sound interesting?

So really I fail at blogging. Whilst I put a lot of time behind the scenes onto my site, and I am continually updating or re-doing pages, the blog is always the same boring crap. Wow I said crap four times in one blog.

So I thought, how can I make my blog more personal? I can write about previous experiences from years ago to a week ago, or I can write about something interesting that is coming up. I can write about new music I am into, what books I am reading. Come on, give me something.

So to finish of this (yet another) boring post, let me know what you want to hear from me. Do you like the meme style articles or do you want something about me. Or do you just not care and only read because you are bored?

I have learnt..

..to never to leave a library book in the toilet, even if it is in the magazine rack, and as far away from water possible.

There is still a probability you will wake up to a soaked, ripped, torn, shredded pile of paper from what was once the treasured library book, courtesy of two one naughty kittens (and one bitch of a cat).

Sewing Machines

Posted by Bobbi-lee - April 26th, 2007

I just realised that I have 4 sewing machines. Two years ago I was complaining of wanting one and so my dad gave me his (which was really my mum’s),I took the one he gave me, and somehow managed to take his other one (from my ex-stepmum) too.

When I went to visit my mum up north last year, I used her sewing machine and made my younger sisters some bikini bathers. My mum gave me her sewing machine, and I packed it into my suitcase tightly.

Then last year for my birthday, Carl bought me a sewing machine. I mean I like sewing but what is it with all these sewing machines, I have enough to start my own sewing store. I haven’t even sewed or made anything in months. The last thing I made was some curtains for my dad’s commodore wagon, and this little cape thinga-ma-bob for Jasmine. She was still a kitten.

It’s like when I was in kindergarten, I loved those polly pocket dolls I told everyone I wanted one so much, I ended up with 15 of them on my birthday party.
